Using iphone for business and personal

I have a business and just got a contract for all users to be on new Iphone 7's. I allow ataff to use there phones for both business and personel use. As i know you can setup different accounts so emails are easy to filter. The main question i have is how can i filter pictures or videos. I.e. staff take pictures for work that will then download to the company icloud account automatically but how cani set it up so if they take personel photos on weekends and holidays how can these be not sent to the work icloud account but be sent to a personel account of the staff member??

Basically can you have 2 separate logins or the like on an iphone to seperate business and personal????
