Where i must go to make my phone able to see if someone has read my message or i have read it on imessage because before i was able to see
As with most message and email systems, the power and decision to send or allow read receipts resides with the recipient, not the sender. If one of your recipients chooses not to use read receipts, there is no way for you to know when or even if they read your messages.
Read receipts only appear for iMessage if the receiver has this feature enabled. You can enable this for other people to tell when you've read their message by going to Settings > Messages > turn on Send Read Receipts, or you can enable it for individual iMessage threads by tapping the info button on the top right of the screen and turning on Send Read Receipts here. If a contact you are messaging with does not use iMessage or they have turned off read receipts, you will not be able to see when they have read your message and you are not in control of this.
