Pair new Apple TV remote
Hi I bought a new Apple TV remote it is not pairing. I have unplugged and replugged in . I pressed the menu button I am unable to move to setting

Your Apple TV may have become paired with the other (missing) remote. Hold the remote close to and pointed at the Apple TV, hold down the menu and Rewind buttons together for 6 seconds or until you see a broken chain icon on screen.
