How to send an iMessage video faster

I've gotten problems with my iPhone 6s not being able to send a video from my photo album, even if the video is less than a minute. The blue bar that shows up when you send it would reach like 90% and just get stuck there. I've tried nearly everything from rebooting to turning on and off certain settings and so far they don't made a difference. If you guys have any useful advice not mentioned from the previous sentence, please comment me about it(Please note that I'm on the latest version of IOS 10)
