iPhone 0 bytes storage

SOS I NEED YOUR HELP! I'm really desperate right now because I can't do a backup of my iPhone on iTunes or iCloud because it says "the phone is disconected" when it is all plugged in. I'm trying to save 30gb of my photos from my phone but when I go to my Camera Roll it says that I have 0 Photos and it is really weird because when I go to settings all the 30 gb appeared without a problem. And also it says "I have 0KB available on my Phone" when it is totally confusing since I deleted almost all my data and I just have one app left. I recently went to the nearest Apple Store and they don't really know what to do, they said "it was something about the system" I have tried everything, I have restored all settings, I've seen/ read every single tutorial, downloaded another apps on my Mac but nothing, I just do not know what exactly do and I don't not want to restore my phone and lose all my videos and photos. Please if you can help me I will be very happy to hear good news. I hope you can help me with this situation, it's really important for me to hear your opinion about this and how can I save my photos if nothing worked. THANK YOU SO MUCH. Greetings from Colombia.

I have this problem too. On Friday, November 9th my iPhone 6 S was working fine. I took photos at a lecture and recorded questions and answers with the speaker afterwards using Voice Memos. Later on, my photos disappeared. Keeping in mind that I had 7,000 photos on my iPhone, this was definitely the problem at the time.

I wasn't worried as this happened before and the photos returned when I cleared space. So I deleted apps and entire conversation folders to do the same, which worked initially; once I freed up 2.9 GB of space the photos began returning. Once 2,000 or so of them came back, the iPhone decided to make them disappear again and the available storage was 1.9 GB. A while later it went down to 600 MB or so until it reached 0 bytes, where it is currently. My audio files were still available but the one from the lecture was empty and the time read "00:00:00", even though I saw it recording during the short interview.

I deleted more conversations, more apps, and the storage still reads the same: 0 bytes available. I was lucky that some notes remained, and could use the information on those to inform my Thesis, but they have since disappeared as well. This worries me as this has also happened before but those notes have never been recovered. So I'm worried the same fate will happen to my photos and videos. All of which are precious and some of which were supporting my Thesis and required a lot of time and effort to obtain.

I planned to back-up my iPhone just last week but circumstances didn't allow it. How unlucky is that?

Does anybody know a solution to help myself and steffvizcaino? (Apologies for not being the solution myselt but maybe this info can help diagnose the problem in addition to steffvizcaino's)
