Unable to boot after macOS Sierra upgrade
Hello,
I'm trying to assist a friend living Switzerland (I'm now in Spain) to upgrade his Mac Mini from OSX (I guess Lion or Mavericks) to macOS Sierra – I helped as much as I could thought a TeamViewer session then, when the system rebooted to proceed with the installation I had to leave him "alone".
After a couple of hours he sent me two screen shots telling me he is not able to use the system anymore.
The images – see at the end on the post – shows the black boot up screen with the Apple logo and the progress bar and a window showing the message (translated from Italian): "identityservicesd wants to sign using the key <key> in the keychain. Do you let it access to this element?"
And then 3 buttons with the following options:
- Always
- Refuse
- Allow
I told him to click on the "Allow" button – at least to be able to reach the login screen – but the problem is that the (Apple wireless) mouse and the keyboard are not not yet recognised and usable.
Have anyone able to give us a clue about how to proceed?
Thank you so much in advance for your help!
Ugo
