How to restore or open my iPhone?

User uploaded file

Hi,

my iPhone 6s cannot open nor restore.

it started when my Facebook app crashed overtime i open a Facebook Pages.

i tried to restart it (holding ON/OFF button & Navigation key together), bt still the Facebook crashes.

so i tried to uninstall my Facebook app, then re-install again.

while installing, the iPhone screen froze, even if i tried the Volume or ON/OFF button.

so i tried to restart again.

BUT,,,,,, to my surprise, i can't open my phone anymore.

i tried restoring it using my macbook but:

iTunes could not connect to the iPhone “xxxxxxxxx” because it is locked with a passcode. You must enter your passcode on the iPhone before it can be used with iTunes.

can somebody help me with this?

Thanks.

Hi

Follow the instructions here, including contacting Apple Support, making a Genius Bar reservation or visiting an Apple Authorised Service Provider if necessary:

Note that, for iTunes to be able to connect with a device running iOS 10 or newer, your computer must be running iTunes version 12.5.1 or newer:
