Is there some way to use my Ant+ heart rate strap with my Apple Watch series 2?

No, it is not possible to pair an ANT+ heart rate strap with Apple Watch.
The watch can be paired with Bluetooth chest straps (if preferred to using the watch's own, built-in heart rate sensor):
