MacBook air "account limit reached"

I bought my daughter a used MacBook air for school. When i got it, it was on the language start page. I did not dismount the hard drive and wipe it myself ( as I guess i should have ). it had maverick and I updated and installed Sierra 10.12.2. As my daughter is 14 I first entered my own info and created an Admin account, No problems.

The issue came when I tried to set up her iCloud account. It displayed "Account limit reached" and will let me go no further. I'm aware of the 3 account limit per devise, So the obvious assumption is that whoever had the computer before me had 2 iCloud accounts. So the Question now becomes what do I do about it?
