when i copy and paste at work, it appears on another mac mini desktop

After we changed the AP(Access Point) and other network devices at work. whenever am working on word or excel or any related application, if i copy and paste, most times it appears on other mac mini desktop or macbook. it might not appear immediately probably after an hour, it appears. Also it happens to some other macbook pro and mac mini desktop at my workplace.
We are all connected to one network and i have checked all systems if file sharing, screen sharing, back to my mac, and most factors to consider for sharing and everything are disabled.
