Unknown Error (49)

Hello,

My Iphone 5s is not connecting to my network. I was advised to restore the phone. I have tried multiple times to restore my Iphone 5s on Itunes.

As the restoration is almost complete, I am notified that the phone cannot be restored due to Unknown Error (49).

My Iphone is then left with a screen indicating that I visit the Apple website.

The troubleshooting page on Apple does not give instructions for Error 49.
