1 month ago I bought an Iphone 6S, but my phone started to shut itself down constantly. After a long struggle, I was able to make an appointment with your tough Apple store. Yesterday at 17:00 I went to my store but I met with the interesting attitude of the authority I had shown. I told him that my phone was always shut down, the person I was talking to told me that I did not charge the phone correctly and that I did not try the phone again. He approached me with disdainful and devastating movements. It did not help me in any way. I went out to make a phone call, then when I went back to the store, he said to me, "You have come to change your phone and that phone will not change." Later he raised his voice and hit the table. When I want to meet with the authorized person, I said "I have not contacted the occupational authority at the moment." If I give 3,000 pounds to a phone to get service, and this brand Apple can not accept a service and attitude like this. No one can talk to me like it raises my voice and it can not talk like scolding.It is a pity if your employee can see such a right in your store.I work and I am getting my permission from my work for a technical support.I am the natural right not to be treated like a human.I do not use apple for the first time , For the first time I do not meet with an official.You can also examine the camera records of the store.I request that you take action on this employee.I hopefully have an action on my feedback.
