You can use private (incognito) browsing.
- Launch Safari
- Tap the "Tabs" icon on bottom right corner (two squares one behind the other)
- Tap "Private" on bottom left corner
From that point on, your browsing data is not stored or tracked.

You can delete data by going to Settings>Safari>Delete History & Website Data
Note: this will delete any information where you've told a website to remember you so that you don't have to type in your user name and password. Private browsing will also prevent you from being able to save such data.
I have notice that private browsing is not preventing the track and the cookies. I noteced the in the advance section there is section called website data that had stored data is this we tracking data if not is it stored somewhere else also why if private browsing is on is the information still showing up
Sorry.

Also how do I remove tracking from safari on my mac
In the menu bar, select Safari>Clear History.
In preferences, you make selections on what you want to allow in the Privacy tab.
I did clear the data. But when after I did that I noticed that under website data there was still some data present there. I have always had private browsing on but it appears as though private prowling does not work the way it is supposed to unless I am wrong. I'm not sure if even using private browsing and clear cookies and web history really clear all web tracking from my phone. When I click clear history and website data is that supposed to delete web tracking items as well as history. It not how do I locate and delete web tracking that is already on my iPhone
I believe (though I've never had any reason to use Private browsing myself) that the data is deleted when you switch from private browsing back to regular. I've rather reached the end of my knowledge here. Hopefully, someone with more experience will provide some additional information.
Best of luck.

I'm not sure if you would know this but what do you think it means if sites like Facebook.com show up in website data when I don't have Facebook
It could mean that a site you visited intentionally had a ad for Facebook or the ability to share content with FB.
Is there something particular that's making you so concerned about your browsing history?
Not really a concern but i am curios as to why these particular things are showing up here when I am not doing them. I don't know to much about this and it seems abbot confusing to me I just want to understand what this means and why it is there
There are a couple unknown sites not like Facebook that I never visited. what does it mean if I am seeing these
Some i names that I can't remember and some had names that sounded like actual sites like askkaren or something like that
Again, they are most likely sites that were linked to by sites you explicitly went to. All those windows with ads link back to other sites.
Unless you have reason to believe that someone is using your devices to visit sites of which you would not approve, I don't really think you've got much to worry about.
I'm sorry but you're going to need to add some punctuation to that post. I'm not really sure what you're trying to say.
Also how do I remove tracking from safari on my mac
Thanks. Much clearer.
Did you delete the data according to my instructions above? Private browsing will have no effect on previously stored data.
I notice in safari in preferences on mac there a bunch of sites I don't recognize under website data is this normal
Is web tracking data stored in iphone
