There is nothing that you can do yourself to fix your watch.
It needs to be serviced.

You will need to contact Apple Support, make a Genius Bar reservation or visit an Apple Authorised Service Provider in a region where Apple Watch is available to buy from Apple and/or Apple Authorised Resellers in order to arrange for your watch to be serviced.
