Credit Card vs PO

Hello,


I am trying to send in an iPad for repair but I cannot find the option to pay by a purchase order. I only get an option to pay by credit/debit card.


Our Accounting dept already has a billing arrangement with Apple but when I go to check out, I do not have the option to "bill me later" type of payment.


Can someone enlighten me how to send in a repair with a PO rather than credit/debit card? Thanks!

You are trying to send this in yourself under your own Apple ID? Your company has a billing arrangement with Apple; it would therefore seem that they/you would need to use their credentials (and send it in) if you want to take advantage of any special arrangement they have. You might want to speak with your billing dept. (if that phone is a company phone).


If it is your own property, then any special arrangement would probably not apply.
