The trust certificate listed in the settings of my iPhone 7 is 2016102100, which does not match the number listed on Apple's website. I have installed all updates and my iPhone indicates I'm running iOS 10.2 I believe. I have been having intermittent iPhone issues like the device shutting off randomly. Anyone know what is going on?
It seems as though there are a multitude of customers having this exact same issue, with regards to the exact same Trust Certificate, including myself.
However, I have seen many different discussions, with several thousand customers who say they share this same problem. Has anybody addressed this yet? If so, please assist in providing any information you can to this Forum.
If nobody has recdived resolution, it is about time that Apple Support steps in to explain the situation in further detail, in order to help, or at least put at ease the multitude of Identical Requests.
