App Store License Not Found

Hey ya'll. I'm using a MacBook Pro 15 from 2015 with the 2.8 GHz Intel Core i7 and 16 GB of ram. I have macOS Sierra installed (Version 10.12.2). Between 5 and 10 times a day a message appears that just says "License Not Found". I've seen this before but it has always shown the logo of the app right next to the message. In this one it just shows the logo of the App Store. I can't find any licensing for the App Store. Any ideas on what is causing this and how to fix it?

A Safe Mode boot deletes system caches that might help.

To start up in safe mode:

  1. Start or restart your Mac, then immediately press and hold the Shift key. The white Apple logo appears on your display. If you don't see the Apple logo, learn what to do.
  2. Release the shift key when you see the login window. If your startup disk is encrypted with FileVault, you might be asked to log in twice: once to unlock the startup disk, and again to log in to the Finder.

To leave safe mode, restart your Mac without pressing any keys during startup.
