Filling out an application for a foreign visa

Perhaps some of the information on the following may be helpful: If Safari doesn't load a page or webpage items are missing - Apple Support. Since you are encountering the same problem with multiple browsers using different devices though, the router you are using could be a factor. Try navigating that site from a different location, or perhaps resetting your router.

There may be something installed on your Mac causing a problem. The site seems to be working for me.

You could try starting in Safe Mode and see if your have the same problem.

Restart and hold down the shift key right after the chime. You can let go when you see the Apple logo.

Do you have an iPhone or something else with tethering capability? If you do, disconnect your Mac from your wireless network and connect to its wireless "hotspot". Find a way to eliminate your ISP as the cause of the problem.

I suspect there is something wrong with the way the website is parsing input data. The data you are providing it will obviously be different than mine.

Have your daughter look over your shoulder while you input the information. The site may be objecting to something simple like a middle initial, punctuation or a space character (for example). Something along those lines could cause that unhelpful error message to appear.

The website code is probably just defective.

Post the website's URL. Perhaps someone can figure out what's wrong with it, in an attempt to find a workaround.
