Keystroke issue or bug? Blue menu bar, system bars, and highlighted clickable areas.

I was working in Adobe Illustrator in OX Yosemite, running through function buttons and keystrokes to adjust an issue when I somehow managed to simultaneously change my menu bar from gray to blue, as well as highlight all clickable areas in Illustrator in the same color.

So far I've been unable to properly Google any results, Accessibility options don't seem to change anything, I can change my Menu bar from blue to white by turning off transparency but the highlights in Illustrator remain. I've quit Illustrator, opened and closed various tool panels, restarted my machine and had absolutely no luck with anything.

Any help would be appreciated.
