vertical lines on Iphone 6s plus out of nowhere

I was using snapchat and i slid the notification screen to change the song and all of a sudden this vertical lines appear all over my screen. I turned off my phone and turned it back on and the lines were still there and they even got worse. I've rarely dropped my phone and even when i do it has a glass screen protector to protect it. It is also free of water damage so i don't understand what the problem is. I currently turned off the phone for the night and i wonder what it will look like in the morning.

I see that you are seeing vertical lines on your iPhone 6s Plus.

I recommend trying the troubleshooting steps in article: Get help with the screen on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch , specifically:

If you see lines, missing sections, discoloration, or poor image quality

Try to restart your device. If you can't restart, force restart your device.

If this doesn't work, restore your device.

If you still see the issue after you restore, contact Apple Support.

Since you've tried a restart already, please proceed to the next step to backup and restore your device.
