Fake Apple ID website

HI

i I have received an email send to my hotmail email which I believe was hacked. There was a link asking to update my Apple ID information and I did.

I believe it was not a real apple link since my email address with Apple ID is not hotmail.

PLease advise what what can I do?

Send the e-mail to Apple as an attachment to a new e-mail before deleting it. Apple will always address you by your name or the name they have on file for you and the e-mail will be from @apple.com.
