Bug report: Removing colour tag

Finder has a bug when I am trying to delete a colour tag.

I had inserted a green tag in a file and today I wanted to remove it. However, as you can see in the screenshot, the file remains in the "green tag" folder, even though it no longer has the green tag. I have tried to add again the green tag and then remove it, with no success. I tried to add another (blue) colour tag and then remove it, but what I achieved is that this file is now in both the "green tag" and the "blue tag" folder.

I am using macOS Sierra 10.12.3

This bug also existed in the older versions of macOS Sierra (for el capitan I don't know).User uploaded file

Well try the following:

1. Go to a colour tag.

2. Select all the files with this tag (I was able to duplicate the bug by selecting 40 files to be sure)

3. Remove the tag by pressing "cmd+I" or by going to "File" in the menu bar.

4. You will see that the tag will be removed from all files, but one file will remain in the folder.

5. Whatever you do, you won't be able to remove the file from the folder.

For some strange reason, I am not able to duplicate the bug when I do the same with fewer (e.g. 10) files.

In order to assign the tag, I right-click and then I select the tag.

In order to remove the tag, I right-click and then I remove the tag OR I go to File -> "Get info" to remove the tags from many files at the same time.

The problem is that this file remains in the tag folder even if it has no tag (in the screenshot I uploaded, you can see that the file has no green circle)
