Choppy scrolling on MacBook Pro 2015

Hello, everyone. Recently i have bought the retina MacBook Pro 2015 mjlq2 with core i7, 16gb ram and 256gb ssd. I expected everything to work smooth, but scrolling in browsers is choppy. Chrome works terrible, safari is better, but still not 60 fps. I have already tried clean install Sierra with no changes and clean install El Capitan with still the same result. Also I have already tried resetting nvram. Are there any solutions? Because even my old Lenovo Yoga 13 runs this page much smoother than my new mac: https://www.apple.com/macbook-pro/
