I have been analyzing my network traffic to help determine where data is being consumed. I have noticed that one of our apple 6s iPhones is hitting "mesu.g.aaplimg.com" almost every minute. What app is using this?
iPhone 6s, iOS 10.2.1
I will check, but think I turned that off. I only see this occurring with 1 out of 5 apple devices in my house. Will have to look at it again.
Information form the Internet suggest that this is an Apple server that is being contacted for updates, most likely the AppStore app is doing this. Did you check the autoupdate settings for the AppStore in Settings/iTunes&AppStore?
