one to one
My husband purchased a new mac air for me from our local apple store in May 2015. He was sold the "one to one" training for this computer, knowing that I had only used a pc before. When I contacted support regarding another matter I asked about the one to one and was told that I would have it for a year after I activated the account. I was hoping to start using it now but was told that the one to one program ended in 2015. Is there a way to get a credit for this service that was paid for and never used? If I had been told that I had to use it immediately I would have.
I am very disappointed about this.
