Developer Account Pending

Hi,

i have register a apple developer account almost 2 months, but the account are still appear pending now, i have fill up all the detail in apple id according apple requirement, still keep pending. Is there anybody can guide me is there any detail i need to submit to getting approval? or still keep waiting? I have email to support, they just mention need to fill up all the particular info, then after all no reply at all ..

really feel no direction and do not know what to do now .. 😢
