How to get pass activation lock on ipad mini

I have a ipad that is stuck on activation lock asking for a icloud login with a email that is unfamiliar this is my ipad and I don't have no idea how that changed , ive been looking for every solution to try and unlock this ipad and get pass the activation lock but nothing is working. So how do I fix this Problem?

If you’re the iPad’s original owner, take it and its purchase receipt to a physical Apple Store. Otherwise, you need to contact the person who is or the one who set the lock.

Hi

Is the ipad secondhand ?

If you have had it from new make an appointment at apple store .

Take proof of purchase .
