Missing Photos in Contacts on iPhone

I restored my iPhone and had some issues getting my contacts straight, found a cool feature when logging into iCloud if you go to settings and see the Advance Tab in the lower left there is an option to restore contacts, thank you Apple.

My problem and question is the photos I had for all my contacts are missing only on my iPhone, not from iCloud and even on my iPad, how do I get them back on my iPhone? I tried rebooting the iPhone, any ideas?
