When I look up what is stored on an inserted USB stick using About This Mac > Storage, it is showing a chunk of photos that I didn't know was on this USB, since they don't show up in Finder view. How can I access them in order to delete them? Thank you.

To show hidden files open terminal and run:
defaults write com.apple.finder AppleShowAllFiles TRUE
killall Finder
When done hide hidden files by running:
defaults write com.apple.finder AppleShowAllFiles FALSE
killall Finder
