The iPhone will also attempt to predict words you might intend to place in the next spot - assuming you have Settings > General > Keyboard > Predictive = "On".
Think about words that might follow "... sometimes is a ...". "She" is not one of those words, as a pronoun would not fit there in general. "Female" or "girl" might work better.
It looks like you composed that message using Dictation. It's possible that you didn't enunciate clearly enough for it to understand (no criticism intended, just trying to think of an explanation). Does this happen all the time when you say "she?" Can you try composing the message (or at least part of it) again as a test?
