Have you tried turning the watch off and on again. The power button is under the digital crown hold it down until you see the option to turn off, swipe to turn off

If you have not yet done so, update your iPhone and Apple Watch to the latest software, starting with your iPhone:
Install any available updates for your apps:
Remove and reinstall the app on your watch:
Close the app on your iPhone and restart both your iPhone and your watch:
Unpair and re-pair your watch:
If the issue then persists, I suggest that you contact the app developer for assistance:
On your iPhone, in the App Store app: find and view the app > tap on Reviews > tap on App Support.
