I unpaired my apple watch, intending to reset it, but didn't work

I unpaired my apple watch, intending to reset it, but after I unpaired it, it didn't reset and I can't reconnect to it at all. PLEASE HELP.

Hi


If you can access the settings on your watch, to unpair it manually:


On your watch, go to: Home screen (via a single press on the Digital Crown) > Settings (cog icon) > General > Reset > Erase all Content and Settings.


If your watch is locked, instead follow these steps:


  • Connect your watch to its charging cable, with power connected.
  • Press and hold the side button until you see the Power Off slider.
  • Press firmly on the display (do not try to slide the Power Off slider - just press down on the display more firmly than a normal tap) and then tap on Erase all content and settings.


In either case, having erased your watch, you will then be able to pair it to your new iPhone via the standard set up process (including the option to Restore from Backup, if your new iPhone was restored from a backup of your old one):
