Diana, I answered you previously. Typing expliset experience, examples in two large paragraphs, but it got lost & I was unable to recover what I'd typed so could not send it. I apologize as I had no further time to seek out the reply and to be honest it added to my frustration. I went into my iPad this pm and was going to download the (free) app once again but did not as same icon with cloud and down arrow is there. I know it will just return the bad info from the cloud storage again. I am suppost to be contacted by Apple Support this week, but to date have not been. I sent them an email that had they forgotten me, but again got no reply. Am still frustrated that Snapfish Mobile App in my iPad does not work as expected, I have had three chats for over hr each only to discover agent did not have knowledge to assist me. After almost an hour into the chat the agent actually informed me he did not know anything about an iPad. Wow! Yes, I have tried your and other suggestions, but always the app gives the same screen with two screen shots of my ipad screen, and I can get no further and cannot delete the info that is there. So how do I get the bad info deleted? And how do I get a clean download for Snapfish Mobile App to my iPad that does not return info from cloud? Trish
