Apple Iphone 7 India Heavier than US version

I am Sumit Kalra, I recently bought an Apple Iphone 7 (Matt Black 128gb) from Chroma center in Delhi (East Delhi) , Preet Vihar India.

I faced a very strange issue :- My brother bought the Silver version of it (256gb) however from US.

Now I have both the phones.

To my shock the Indian Apple Version of Iphone7 is HEAVIER than the US version ,I would like to understand the reason behind the same.

I have paid more on my product compared to US one (I agree on this based on US reasons) however I have full rights to have the same quality product as well.

Is it something special in US which Indian Apple Iphone7 is deprived off.

I hope your response helps me to understand the difference.

Guessing the weight difference for two different, very light objects by holding them in your hands is highly inaccurate.

If the weight is different by entire ounces, you have a much bigger problem than the phones merely being sold in different countries.

Ohhok...I need to get the specifications then.

Even me and my friends feel the same holding them each side by side (left and right respectively).

The ounce meter is higly available here in my locality , I will have to travel a bit to get the things noted.

Well I believed its holud weigh exactly the same as the US version.

However it doesnt , thats a quality issue only though specific to hardware.

I have both now and I can feel the difference.

How much heavier? What is the degree of error of the scale you measured this on? Is it larger or smaller than the purported weight difference between the two phones?
