Kcom broadband
I have recently moved to Hull and I can't use my iPad & imac to access the internet. I either get the message 'server not responding' or 'you are not connected to the internet' Kcom have tested my line and broadband connection and both are working ok. Strangely I can access the internet on my iPhone. Has anyone come across this issue before please?
I have turned off both devices be it had no effect.
