I find one spot that identifies it as an iPad Air, but the support document does not show that model number. Are you sure that is correct?
That number doesn’t correspond to anything. Choose Settings, General, and About, look for an entry with six or seven numbers and letters followed by a slash, click here, and supply the site with everything before the slash.
