Top shelf does not show featured content

Hi all,

My 4th gen Apple tv does not show any featured content for 2 of my apps residing on the top shelf, namely the Photos app and the App Store app. The only image that is shown is a general placeholder image (for the Photos app it shows the colorfull flower image, just like on the app itself, and for the App Store app it shows the blue App Store icon image). I don't have any problems with other apps that are placed in the top shelf (for example Netflix shows the featured series that I can jump right to). I've tried restarting the Apple tv several times, didn't help. Also removing the Photos app from the top shelf and placing it back did not resolve this issue. For the record: I did have this issue only for the Photos app (for like 2 / 3 months now), but it was only starting to affect the App Store app after I've tried to remove the Photos app from the top shelf and accidently removed the App Store app as well. When I placed the App Store app back on the top shelf, it stopped showing featured content for this app as well. So me trying to fix this glitch only made it worser. I'm affraid now of moving any of the other apps, like Netflix, from the top shelf to another shelf, since these are still showing featured content and I don't want to mess that up .

Does anyone have the same issue? And does anyone know how to fix this or what else I should try to fix this?
