i cant access my macbook Pro as I uninstalled macOS off the system and them I turned it off and now all it shows is a black screen with a grey folder and a question mark??? What should I do???

Is only the OS gone? Or did you also delete your data?
You may have to resort to Internet Recovery if your OS is truly gone:
About macOS Recovery - Apple Support
This will install the version of the OS that originally shipped with your Mac, but it can be upgraded to the current OS. If you still have data on your drive, you will want to upgrade the OS to Sierra before attempting to open anything. If you deleted your data as well, then hopefully you have a backup and can use Setup Assistant to migrate your data from the backup. Again you would want to upgrade the OS before trying to open anything.

I accidentally deleted my MacOS and now my Mac won't show anything but a black page and a grey folder with a question mark. Please help ,e what should I do???
