my id locked for security reason

Dear George,

As I told before, my boy made this apple ID (B*******@********.IR) and he can not remember the birthday that he filled.

Now Apple have 2 way for unlock.1st is remembering birthday and 2nd is sending an email to our mailbox by Apple.

When we select 2nd way (send email from apple), never getting any email from apple to our mails box as B*******@********.IR

Also I can not talk with Apple online support team because we are in Iran now.

Dear Georg,

Yes, may be my boy filled wrong birthday when he made Apple ID.

But now I need to get an email from Apple to reset password of my boy's Apple ID. Her email address and and Apple ID is Be*****@******.IR and he always working with this email but never ever we getting email from Apple in our Mail Box (Be*****@******.IR).

Please help me to getting email from Apple to my mail box.

I tried to send an email from my mail (Be*****@******.IR) to apple support but my email reject.
