Reboot Loop

My iPhone 6S Plus is stuck in a reboot loop, and iTunes doesn't recognize it until I force it into DFU Mode and then it is able to restore, while restoring it my phone reactiviates to restore itself with the propper firmware and it starts the reboot loop again. My iTunes is up to date. All this started when updating my iPhone from iOS 10.0.1 to 10.2.1. Anyone know a fix?
