Runstatic pro fix

Hello

I connected apple iphone 7 (ios 10.2.1) and nike edition watch series 2 (os 3.1.3). When I try to activate the application runtastic pro on the watch, message appears telling you to complete the access from iphone. Then I have to take the iphone and click access even though I had already log in. The same thing happens every time. how do I fix?
