I connected apple iphone 7 (ios 10.2.1) and nike edition watch series 2 (os 3.1.3). When I try to activate the application runtastic pro on the watch, message appears telling you to complete the access from iphone. Then I have to take the iphone and click access even though I had already log in. The same thing happens every time. how do I fix?

I wrote an email to the runtastic support, but have not received any response. The problem is that if I connect to watch apple iphone 6s runtastic works perfectly. Only when connected to iphone 7 I have the problem in the log at each access to the application by the apple watch
When you re-paired your watch, you might have to go back into the settings of the running app and connect/allow access to the watch.
Check also the settings in the Health App. Under the sources tab you should see an option for the run app, select then choose data you allow access to.
