Display is showing weird colors

User uploaded fileUser uploaded fileUser uploaded file

I Have

an iPad Air 2 64Gb wifi only model , it was perfect but suddenly after coming home I noticed that colors on the display appeared weird and whatever I see on it previously ,appears in the background even when launching another app . I have been taking extreme care of it , there is not a single scratch or nick or whatsoever , I use apple s smart cover and an apple charger ...... it has not even fallen down once!

currently its running iOS 10.2 . I gave it to Macnoni which is an Apple Certified Service center and I ended up getting it back with the same problem . The technician said it is a problem with this iPad series . Come on! I have not seen a single forum where an iPad Air 2 is showing weird colors .

So this is how the problem arrived in the first place : when I took my iPad after coming home , it was fine and then suddenly it blacked out and the display came back alive but it was then that I noticed that the display was becoming weird .

i Have tried hard resetting , deleting all data and starting over but none of these seem to work .

I have an entire range of apple products just because I trust in apple s service and product quality but now all of these seem to have gone. You dont expect such things to happen in an apple product!

Apple I need a definite answer on what to do next . I hope the company won't disappoint . seriously look into the matter !

i have attached some images of the problem.

(in the second image u can see a line appearing in the lower half ( the grey bar) )

the warranty got got over this December but you expect such problems to appear after warranty expiry , only in some cheap product and not in a product from a reputable brand even after taking extreme care of it.

iPad Air, iOS 10.2

Hey there,

Take a look at the following article:

Get help with the screen on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

If you still have the issue after completing the steps under "If you see lines, missing sections, discoloration, or poor image quality", you might want to contact Apple Support for service. Remember that when you restore your device, you want to do this in iTunes and you want to set it up as new and test the issue. If the issue isn't there when you setup as new, but comes back once you restore from your backup, you need to setup as new again and manually put your information back on the device.

Not entirely sure what you are referring to as being 'weird', I can't see anything strange from your screenshots, if I go to the spotlight search screen that's how my screen show if i.e. the homescreen becomes blurred in the background
