error 405

Can't purchase music from the itunes store, or redeem
gift card, get an error saying "Cannot complete your
itunes store request. There was an error in the
itunes store please try again later". Is this a
problem on their end or on mine?

Im getting the same error
I have been trying all day to redeem my card and load some songs on my shuffle. Im not happy, a company that has a forum for their products thats pretty sad. And no phone # anywhere to call. Ive had nothing but probs, from networking to now connecting period to redeeming cards what the fuc_?

when i did that last night there was a lot of errors coming up but i just kept trying errors would pop up but i just sat there and then it finally let me. I had to walk away a coupl etimes just keep trying to do it. It is really frustrating...I know exactly how u feel right now up till 2 am

Same problem here. Can't figure out what error 405 even is. Not listed anywhere on the support site. We have five iTunes cards that we received during the holidays and not a single one will work. Very frustrating. This is definitely a problem on their end.

well i looked it up just about everywhere and it basically was no help cause every place kept telling me that theres nothing you can do it fix it and that it shouldnt be coming up... but i waited a couple minutes and it worked but i get it occasionally but you may juss have to wait it out. hope it helps you guys.
