How to Find missing "TV App icon" on iPad

i am new to iPad. i updated it to ver 10.2 I think.

I googled and found out that Videos app has been replaced by TV App on iPad.

I found the app by swiping to one side until a search box came up at the top of the screen and I typed in TV app.

This showed the TV app and allowed me to play the movie. But there is no TV app icon that I can find.

How do I Find missing TV App icon ?
