Mac Mail help needed

MacMail on all of my Macs at home looks exactly like I want it to look, screen shot attached:User uploaded file

Here's the problem, MacMail at my work looks totally different. (second screen shot attached) I don't see the viewer window at the far right, I have to double-click on an email to read and view it completely, which is annoying with multiple unread emails. I don't recall changing any settings, and I've tried and tried to find a setting that will bring the three-column configuration back as seen above. How do I get my MacMail at work to appear exactly as it does at my home? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You opened the mail app & placed cursor over the edge of the vertical line of the column , a cross hair pointer was created and then dragged it towards right hand side , now you can 't see the three columns .

To , bring back the column , click on go > go to folder & hold option key & don't release it , click on library > find a folder containers > right click on com.apple.mail & move it to the desktop , restart the machine , the settings will come to default , after that you can trash com.apple.mail into the trash & empty it .
