Authorizing a new computer for iTunes

I have authorized a new PC computer for my iTunes. When I try to play a song, it says this computer is not authorized to play the song. When I try to authorize the computer again, its says the computer is already authorized. I am caught in an endless error loop. How to I fix this?

Delete and redownload that song if doing so is free in your country.
