Itunes Agent help!!! someone has to know what I'm talking about

Okay I know that there's a download with itunes agent that will sync music on a non-Apple mp3 player.

Will it mess with me syncing music on my ipod. I have an ipod and I don't want to download that agent thing and not be able to use itunes for myself again

I'm trying to assist a family member with a non-Apple mp3 player and itunes is all I know

Maybe and maybe not.

I don't come here often and when I do I need assistance. It would be nice if Apple had SOMEONE I could speak to instead of a annoying recording but they don't.

And another thing. These boards are here to help but people pick and choose who they want to help.

If you read the title and you don't know anything thing why view it. it's annoying to see 17 views and no response. Someone could at least say they don't know.

17 views is not a lot, and being that it is Christmas day, there are a lot of peopl posting here today that may be just browsing for a solution to their own problems and might not know the anser to yours. Eight minutes is not a lot of time to wait. (I'm not even going to mention the fact that you're asking about a non-apple product.)

Also, it would be counterproductive to respond to a post with "I don't know". First, it would add unnecessary load to the Apple servers, second, any potential responders might then see that you have received a response and move on - without opening the thread and seeing that that response only said "I don't know". It would be a disservice to you, to Apple, and to these forums.

Have you tried the website of your non apple mp3? They were not kidding when they printed the instructions, try it.

I have an ipod and I use itunes to sync my music. I just didn't want to download that itunes agent thing and it block me from putting music on my ipod.

Even on other days, I see so many views (like over 100 on a topic and like 2 replies) Why do people view if they really don't care or care to comment.

You dodnt know the issue until you open a post and maybe they dont have an answer. Certainly nobody could know what the heck you were talking about from the subject line. You also exhibited a bad attitude and people around here tend to shy away from that. What did you find out from the manufacturer of your mp3?
