Why do my podcasts keep stopping

I have new iphone 7

In the last couple of weeks whenever I listen to podcasts (a lot) they keep just stopping or changing to another podcast I have downloaded repeatedly. If I press play or change it back it seems to go more haywire.

I have tried turning phone on and off (several times)

I have tried deleting the apple podcasts app and changing to Overcast another podcast manager.

It may also happen with music but I dont really use it, but music did come on by itself in the time between deleting the old podcast app and getting the new one?

I am in Korea and its korean phone, so I cant access apple support in english
