Can't connect to apple update servers on Devices
I'm having a problem updating my apple devices and connecting to iTunes. I'm posting this here in this community since it appears to be the only one that might encompass the entirety of the issue.
The problem first began with trying to update my Apple TV 4 (currently on tvOS 10.0). Constantly getting the message, "The update was not successful. The Apple TV update couldn't be downloaded at this time. Try again later." Then it extended to my iPhone's and iPad's when trying to update or download new applications. Also can't access my purchased iTunes purchases on my Apple TV or on my computers through iTunes.
I have restarted my router and all devices several times and reset my Apple TV.
So I thought it might be a connection issue, but I can connect to the internet just fine. I did a Trace route and Ping test on gs.apple.com, only address I could find when googling apple update servers.

So the connection is getting lost after it get to NYC or Cupertino as the IP Address shows both locations.
I assume it's not my ISP problem since it's getting out of the country just fine and crossing the Pacific.
Another strange thing, on my Apple TV, I reset it and I was able to sign-in to everything. I can go into the app purchases and see the purchases but no graphics to anything in Movies. TV Shows, Apps, Pictures etc.
