That depends. You can try clearing Safari history and website data (Settings - Safari). If you're still getting redirected on most websites that you visit, your WiFi access point may have been compromised. If you're only getting redirected on 1 or 2 particular websites, stop visiting the websites. The sites may have bad ads that does the redirection.

Its a scam .

If a webpage does that ignore it and close the tab. If it redirects you to an app on the app store, don't download it and, do what Brian said
